How to Complete Personal Account Identity Verification on PerpVia APP?
Step 1: Enter the Verification Center
- Log in to the PerpVia APP and tap the "Profile Picture" icon in the top left corner.
- At the top of your profile page, find and enter the "Verification Center".
- On the Verification Center page, switch to the tab for the verification level you want to complete (Basic / Intermediate / Advanced), then tap "Verify Now".
Step 2: Complete Basic Verification (Fill in Basic Information)
If you only need to complete Basic Verification, fill in the following information on the "Basic Verification" page and tap "Submit Verification":
- Select the Issuing Country/Region of your ID.
- Select the ID Type.
- Enter the Name on ID, ID Number, and Date of Birth.
Tip: If you later complete Intermediate Verification, the system will automatically fill in the ID number and date of birth and simultaneously complete Basic Verification without needing to repeat the process.
