*The prerequisite for changing your phone number and email is to ensure that two-factor authentication is enabled, meaning that two of the following three are linked: Google Authenticator, phone, or email.

1. Log in to your PerpVia account, click on the top right corner 【Profile Center】 - 【Security Center】.
2. Enter the Security Center, click the 【Modify】 button next to the phone/email.
Note: To protect your funds, after changing or unbinding your phone/email, withdrawals and C2C selling will be disabled for 24 hours on this account.
3. Follow the current page instructions to verify the old email/old phone number, enter the new email/phone number and verify the new email/new phone number. After completing the steps, click 【Submit】.
