Important Notice
- Please read this agreement, the Perpvia User Agreement, risk warnings, and the specific product page/order confirmation page rules carefully before subscribing to any Perpvia financial product. By checking "I have read and agree" and completing the subscription, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted this agreement.
- The terms "principal-protected" or "principal protection" in this product only refer to the return of the principal in the original quantity of the subscribed currency when the platform performs normally and no restrictions stipulated in this agreement apply; it does not guarantee that the fiat value, exchange value, or purchasing power of the digital asset will remain unchanged.
- Digital asset prices may fluctuate drastically. APR is an annualized display indicator and is not equivalent to a fixed deposit interest rate, nor does it constitute deposit insurance, securities, funds, trusts, or third-party guarantees in any country or region.

1. Agreement Composition and Acceptance

Except as otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, definitions, accounts, compliance, liability limitations, notifications, applicable law, and dispute resolution provisions in the Perpvia User Agreement continue to apply.
1.2 If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Perpvia User Agreement regarding financial services, this Agreement shall prevail; specific parameters such as currency, product type, term, APR, quota, fundraising time, and earning model on product pages, subscription confirmation pages, or order snapshots form part of this Agreement.
1.3 By checking "I have read and agree to the Perpvia Financial Product Agreement," clicking confirm subscription, or otherwise actually using the financial services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or use the financial services.

3. User Eligibility and Commitments
3.1 You must have full civil capacity and meet the requirements of the Perpvia User Agreement, identity verification, regional restrictions, and risk control. The platform reserves the right to restrict certain users, regions, or accounts from using financial services based on applicable laws, sanctions, account status, or risk policies.
3.2 You confirm that the digital assets used for subscription are legally held by you and have a legal source, not involving money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanction evasion, market manipulation, or other illegal activities.
3.3 You have the knowledge and risk tolerance necessary to understand the risks of digital assets and financial products, and should independently judge whether the financial services suit your financial situation and risk preferences.
3.4 You must ensure the security of your account, devices, and authentication information. Losses caused by your voluntary disclosure of passwords, verification codes, APIs, device control, or other identity credentials will be handled according to the Perpvia User Agreement.
4. Description of Financial Services
4.1 Perpvia may offer flexible, fixed-term, and financial products composed of ordinary rates, new user high interest, tiered high interest, and other earning models. Specific products available for subscription, currencies, APRs, terms, quotas, fundraising times, and eligibility requirements are subject to real-time platform display.
4.2 APR, quotas, terms, subscription eligibility, and status may vary among different products. The platform may adjust parameters available for new subscriptions based on market, liquidity, risk control, operational arrangements, or regulatory requirements; for fixed-term orders already established, the platform follows the order snapshot and does not retroactively modify due to subsequent configuration changes unless otherwise required by laws or this Agreement.
4.3 Terms such as "Estimated Earnings," "Estimated Daily Earnings," "Equivalent USDT," and "Equivalent Fiat" on platform pages are for estimation or display only and do not constitute actual earnings guarantees. Actual earnings are subject to order rules and final accounting settlement results.
5. Subscription Rules
5.1 You should use supported digital assets from your financial account to subscribe. Before subscribing, verify currency, product type, term, APR/earning model, fundraising end time, subscription amount, estimated earnings, and other key parameters.
5.2 Subscription amounts must meet the product’s minimum and maximum subscription limits, your personal remaining quota, product remaining quota, and your account’s available balance. The frontend MAX is only a prefill; the final subscription amount is subject to server-side validation.
5.3 Once the current time reaches the fundraising end time, the platform automatically stops new subscriptions for the product; the frontend displays "Fundraising Ended" and disables or grays out the subscription entry. Fundraising end time only controls subscription eligibility and does not affect fixed-term interest start time calculation.
5.4 After successful subscription submission, the platform generates an order and records the corresponding order snapshot. In cases of duplicate submissions, request timeouts, deductions, or order creation exceptions, the platform may reconstruct, reverse, or correct based on accounting records, request idempotency, and risk control rules.
5.5 This period’s financial services do not support auto-subscription, auto-renewal, or auto-reinvestment. Clicking "Continue Subscription" or "Add Subscription" on the holdings page is deemed a new subscription order initiated by the user.
6. Principal Protection and Original Currency Return
6.1 The term "principal-protected coin earnings" or "principal protection" in this product means that when the platform performs normally according to this Agreement and no legal restrictions, freezes, sanctions, judicial measures, or other stipulated conditions apply, the platform returns the principal in the original quantity of the user’s subscribed currency.
6.2 The principal is recorded in the original quantity actually subscribed by the user and is unaffected by market price fluctuations of the digital asset. Upon redemption or maturity, principal and accumulated earnings are returned in the original subscribed currency.
6.3 "Principal protection" does not guarantee the market value, exchange value, or purchasing power of the digital asset relative to USDT, USD, RMB, or other fiat currencies. Even if the original quantity is fully returned, users may still suffer fiat-denominated losses due to digital asset price drops, stablecoin de-pegging, or issuer risks.
6.4 Financial products are not bank deposits and do not enjoy any deposit insurance arrangements of any country or region. Unless explicitly disclosed by the platform in writing, they do not constitute third-party guarantees, securities, funds, trusts, or insurance products.
7. APR and Earnings Calculation
7.1 APR is configured by the platform’s operations backend according to product and earning models. APR is displayed as a percentage, converted to decimal in actual calculations, and uniformly calculated as simple interest on a 365-day annual basis; leap years are not counted as 366 days.
7.2 The hourly accrued earnings for ordinary flexible products are generally calculated by the following formula:
Effective principal × applicable APR ÷ 365 ÷ 24
Actual accounting uses platform-specified high-precision calculations and corresponding currency precision handling.
7.3 The maturity earnings for ordinary fixed-term products are generally calculated by the following formula:
Subscription principal × locked APR × actual product term days ÷ 365
New user high interest and tiered high interest are calculated in segments according to the product page, order snapshot, and corresponding earning rules.
7.4 The APR applicable to flexible products may be adjusted according to backend configuration and effective times; previously completed interest hours before adjustment are not recalculated retroactively. Fixed-term products lock term and APR/tier version upon successful subscription; existing orders generally do not change due to subsequent configuration changes.
7.5 Historical earnings, displayed APR, or estimated earnings do not represent future earnings. Due to decimal precision, truncation, rounding, interest boundaries, or asset precision limits, estimated values on pages may have reasonable discrepancies from final settlement values.
8. Flexible Product Rules
8.1 Interest for flexible products starts at the next full hour UTC+0 after successful subscription. For example, a subscription successful at 15:31 starts interest at 16:00.
8.2 The platform uses each full hour as the interest calculation boundary. After the first complete interest hour following interest start, the corresponding accrued earnings record is generated. Hourly accrual only forms earnings records and is not credited hourly to user accounts.
8.3 Flexible products only support full redemption; partial redemption is not supported. When users initiate redemption, the redemption amount is fixed as the total currently redeemable holding.
8.4 Flexible funds will not automatically return to user accounts on a certain date. Users must actively click "Redeem" on the platform holdings page and confirm full redemption for the platform to initiate settlement.
8.5 After users confirm full redemption, the platform freezes all holdings and stops further interest accrual at the redemption interest boundary confirmed by the backend. Duplicate redemption submissions are not allowed during processing.
8.6 After settlement completion, principal and accumulated pending earnings up to the redemption boundary are distributed together and credited at the same settlement completion time. The holding is removed from the current holdings list after settlement, with redemption and earnings records retained.
9. Fixed-Term Product Rules
9.1 Interest for fixed-term products starts at **00:00 (UTC+0) the day after successful subscription**. The product term is calculated from this interest start time; fundraising end time does not affect fixed-term interest start time calculation.
9.2 Fixed-term product subscriptions lock currency, subscription principal, product term, and APR/tier in the order snapshot upon success.
9.3 Fixed-term products do not support early redemption during the lock-in period, nor partial redemption. Interest stops automatically at maturity and enters unified settlement.
9.4 After settlement completion at maturity, principal and actual earnings are credited simultaneously in the original subscribed currency. Dividend payment time = credit time = actual settlement completion time.
9.5 Auto-renewal, auto-reinvestment, or automatic creation of next period orders are not provided in this period. Users wishing to continue participation after fixed-term maturity must actively resubscribe.
10. New User High Interest, Tiered High Interest, and Interest Rate Coupons
10.1 New user high interest and tiered high interest belong to the product’s own earning structure. New user eligibility, applicable quota, validity period, base APR, new user APR, tier ranges, and tier APRs are subject to the product page and order snapshot.
10.2 New user high interest and tiered high interest are not considered interest rate coupon benefits. When conditions are met, product incremental earnings are calculated independently of interest rate coupons.
10.3 Interest rate coupons are external rights from the coupon center. Only when users have activated the coupon in the coupon center and it applies to the current user, currency, and product at subscription will the coupon and corresponding estimated coupon earnings be displayed on the subscription page. Coupons not activated, expired, inapplicable, or unavailable are not displayed.
10.4 If multiple activated and available interest rate coupons exist, the platform may default select the coupon with the largest interest increase; users can switch to other available coupons on the page before submission. Final availability, interest increase, validity, quota, redemption, and earning rules are subject to the coupon center’s effective rules.
10.5 If product rules allow stacking of interest rate coupons with new user/tier earnings, the platform will separately calculate base earnings, product incremental earnings, and coupon earnings; displayed estimated values are for reference only, final results are subject to settlement.
11. Settlement, Credit, and Accounts
11.1 After full redemption of flexible products or fixed-term maturity settlement, the platform may display estimated credit times on pages. This time is an estimate under normal processing conditions and does not constitute an absolute credit time guarantee.
11.2 Under normal circumstances, dividend payment time and credit time for the same settlement use the same settlement completion time. If the platform interface returns both estimated dividend and credit times, they should be the same.
11.3 Flexible redemption credits are made to accounts selectable on the page or according to platform-supported account rules at the time; fixed-term principal and earnings at maturity are automatically credited according to platform product pages and account rules.
11.4 Extreme market volatility, network congestion, system maintenance, third-party service anomalies, simultaneous mass settlement requests, judicial or regulatory restrictions, and other situations may cause settlement or credit delays. The platform will make reasonable commercial efforts to complete processing and is subject to final accounting records.
12. Fundraising, Quotas, Product Status, and Delisting
12.1 The platform may set fundraising start/end times, minimum/maximum subscription amounts, personal quotas, total product quotas, and other restrictions. User subscription eligibility is subject to final validation at submission.
12.2 After fundraising end time, product quota exhaustion, product delisting, or risk control restrictions, the platform may stop new subscriptions. Stopping new subscriptions does not affect existing valid fixed-term orders, which continue according to order snapshots until maturity settlement, except as otherwise required by laws, regulations, or supervisory requirements.
12.3 The platform may suspend subscriptions, limit quotas, adjust flexible APR, adjust parameters of subsequent new fixed-term products, delist products, or suspend services based on market, liquidity, operations, compliance, or risk control needs.
13. Account Records, Previous Day Earnings, and Corrections
13.1 You can view related records in the platform’s financial account, holdings details, previous day earnings, and financial history. Previous day earnings aggregate completed accrued earnings from the previous natural day (UTC+0) and display original currency earnings according to the currency in which earnings were generated.
13.2 Equivalent USDT, equivalent fiat, and product type information on the previous day earnings page are for display and identification only and do not participate in principal or earnings calculations.
13.3 You should promptly verify financial orders and asset records. If obvious errors are found, contact the platform as soon as possible. The platform reserves the right to correct, reverse, or restore based on real transactions and accounting records in cases of system errors, duplicate accounting, obvious misreporting, abnormal flows, or other accounting errors.
14. Risk Warnings
- Market Price Risk: Digital asset prices may fluctuate significantly; returning the original principal quantity does not mean the fiat value remains unchanged.
- Stablecoin/Issuer Risk: Stablecoins such as USDT, USDC may still face de-pegging, issuer, reserve, freezing, or regulatory risks.
- APR Risk: Flexible APR may change according to market and platform configuration; displayed estimated earnings, historical earnings, or current APR do not guarantee future earnings.
- Liquidity and Delay Risk: Redemption or maturity settlement may be delayed due to system, market, network, liquidity, third-party, or risk control reasons.
- Technical Risk: System failures, network interruptions, interface anomalies, blockchain congestion, hacking, data errors, etc., may affect service availability, display, or settlement progress.
- Regulatory and Legal Risk: Laws, taxes, licenses, and restrictions on digital assets and financial products vary by country and region and may change, potentially leading to service adjustments, suspensions, or terminations.
- Account and Operational Risk: User errors, account theft, authentication information leaks, or device security issues may cause asset loss.
- Third-Party Risk: Services related to coupons, payments, custody, on-chain networks, issuers, or other third parties may experience delays, restrictions, or failures.
You confirm that you have fully understood the above risks and decide whether to use the financial services based on your own judgment. Perpvia does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.
15. Taxes and Fees
15.1 If the platform charges service fees, management fees, or other fees for specific products, the platform will disclose them in product rules, order confirmation pages, or relevant announcements; absence of displayed fees does not mean permanent exemption from any fees for future products.
15.2 You are responsible for tax declaration and payment obligations arising from using financial services. The platform may fulfill withholding, reporting, or information disclosure obligations according to applicable laws and regulations.
16. Service Suspension, Restrictions, and Termination
16.1 Within the scope permitted by applicable law, the platform may suspend or restrict financial services, subscriptions, redemptions, settlements, or related functions due to system maintenance, risk control, market anomalies, liquidity, network failures, security incidents, judicial/regulatory requirements, account compliance reviews, or other reasonable reasons.
16.2 For restrictions caused by regulations, sanctions, judicial freezes, account risks, or other legal requirements, the platform may handle user assets and unfinished orders according to applicable laws.
16.3 When the platform terminates a product, it will handle existing orders according to product status and applicable rules. Fixed-term products generally complete maturity settlement according to valid order snapshots, unless laws, regulations, regulatory orders, asset risk events, or force majeure require otherwise.
17. Liability Limitations
17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused directly by digital asset price fluctuations, opportunity costs, user operations, third-party services, network congestion, force majeure, regulatory changes, or other reasons not due to the platform’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
17.2 Any liability limitation does not exclude consumer rights, statutory liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or platform liability for fraud, intentional acts, or gross negligence as required by law.
17.3 Estimated earnings, estimated credit times, and valuation information displayed on platform pages are for reference only. Actual earnings, credited amounts, and credit times are subject to final accounting results.
18. Agreement Changes and Notifications
18.1 The platform may revise this Agreement according to laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, product structure, risk control, technical or operational needs, and notify users via website, app, internal messages, announcements, emails, or other reasonable means.
18.2 If changes significantly affect user rights and obligations, the platform will notify according to applicable laws and the Perpvia User Agreement. Continued use of financial services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement, except as otherwise required by law.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
19.1 The governing law, dispute resolution method, jurisdiction, or arbitration arrangements for this Agreement are subject to the relevant provisions in your applicable Perpvia User Agreement.
19.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
