The platform's VIP level is automatically evaluated based on your trading activity over the past 30 days. The higher the level, the greater the discount on fees you enjoy, with no manual application required throughout the process.
Standard fee rates for regular users: Spot 0.09% / 0.09%, Contract taker/maker 0.05% / 0.02%. The discount percentage represents the actual proportion charged based on the standard fee rate (for example, a 92% spot fee means charging 92% of the standard fee rate).

How is the level calculated?
VIP levels are evaluated based on your trading volume over the past 30 days, including two dimensions: 30-day spot trading volume and 30-day contract trading volume. The two dimensions are calculated independently, and the higher one is taken as the final level—meeting either path is sufficient for an upgrade. For example, if the spot trading volume reaches VIP 2 and the contract trading volume reaches VIP 3, the final level will be VIP 3. Trading volume is calculated on a rolling basis over the past 30 calendar days and only includes actual completed trades.
When is the level data updated?
VIP levels are updated in real time daily. The system automatically recalculates your past 30-day trading volume and refreshes your level every 5 minutes. After reaching a higher threshold, your level will be automatically upgraded within 5 minutes at the earliest, and the benefits will take effect simultaneously; a decrease in trading volume will not result in an immediate downgrade but will enter a downgrade protection period first.
What is the downgrade protection period?
To avoid immediate level drops due to short-term trading volume fluctuations, the platform provides a 15-day downgrade protection period. When your trading volume no longer meets the current level threshold, you will not be downgraded immediately but will enter a 15-day protection period during which your original level and benefits are maintained. If your trading volume meets the threshold again during the protection period, the protection period will be lifted, and you will keep your current level; if the protection period ends without meeting the threshold, your level will be re-evaluated based on your actual current trading volume and officially downgraded. The protection period starts from the first time the system detects non-compliance with the threshold; upgrades are not restricted by the protection period and can occur anytime upon meeting the criteria.
Which trading volumes are excluded from level evaluation?
The following trading volumes are excluded from VIP level evaluation: wash trades, self-trades, and other trades without genuine price discovery; canceled orders flagged as abnormal, programmatic volume manipulation, and other trades hitting risk controls; mutual trades between accounts under the same actual controller; fund operations such as transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and unfilled orders; other trades deemed abnormal or violating platform rules. Trading volumes flagged by risk controls will be excluded from statistics. For severe cases, the platform reserves the right to adjust levels and take action against accounts.
How do level benefits take effect?
VIP level benefits consist of fee rate discounts, including three types: spot fee discount, contract fee discount, and withdrawal fee discount. These benefits automatically take effect according to your current level and require no manual claim. Discounts are calculated based on the standard fee rates of each business and apply only to fees without altering other trading rules. Benefits update synchronously with level changes; during the downgrade protection period, benefits are retained along with the level. For specific discount rates, please refer to the "My Benefits" page.
