PerpVia Signal Provider Code of Conduct

To maintain a healthy ecosystem on the PerpVia platform, protect user rights, and regulate the behavior of signal providers, this Code of Conduct has been established. All signal providers must strictly adhere to the following regulations. Violations will be subject to penalties based on severity, including but not limited to warnings, reduction of signal privileges, disqualification as a signal provider, or permanent account suspension.
 

I. Basic Principles

  1. Integrity First Signal providers should uphold the principle of integrity and must not induce users to follow trades through false advertising, misleading statements, or other improper means.
  2. User Priority Signal providers should prioritize user interests, offering genuine and reliable investment advice, and must not exploit user trust for personal gain.
  3. Compliance Signal providers must strictly comply with PerpVia platform rules and relevant laws and regulations, and must not engage in any illegal activities or make defamatory statements damaging the platform’s reputation.

II. Behavioral Standards

1. Prohibition of Malicious Operations
  • Do not use high-risk trading strategies that could expose followers to uncontrollable risks.
  • Do not increase follower transaction fees through abnormal high-frequency trading, thereby harming followers’ actual interests.
  • Do not manipulate trading order or market conditions by using multiple accounts for wash trading or other manipulative means. Accounts found engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned.
  • Do not artificially increase the number of followers or their investment amounts through malicious wash trading. Accounts found engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned.
  • Do not refuse to stop losses due to personal misjudgment or emotional trading, resulting in severe losses to user accounts. PerpVia will treat this as a serious violation and impose penalties based on severity.

2. Prohibition of False Advertising

  • Do not exaggerate profits or conceal risks to mislead users.
  • Do not create fake trading data through small-scale wash trades to attract followers.
  • Do not make any profit guarantees to attract followers.
3. Prohibition of Improper Benefit Transfer
  • Do not induce users to perform improper operations through private deals, rebates, or other means.
  • Do not use signal provider privileges to seek improper benefits for oneself or others.
4. Prohibition of Harassment
  • Do not harass users via private messages, group chats, or other means to force them to follow trades or engage in improper behavior.
  • Do not post advertisements or spam unrelated to trading.

5. Prohibition of Privacy Disclosure

  • Do not disclose users’ personal information or trading data.
  • Do not use user data for any commercial purposes.

III. Penalty Mechanism

  1. Warning For minor violations, PerpVia will issue warnings via email, in-platform messages, or push notifications, requiring the signal provider to rectify within a specified timeframe.
  2. Reduction of Signal Privileges For repeated or more serious violations, PerpVia will downgrade the signal provider’s level, reduce profit-sharing ratios, and limit the number of followers.
  3. Disqualification as a Signal Provider For severe violations, PerpVia will revoke the signal provider’s qualification and freeze related earnings.
  4. Permanent Account Suspension For particularly serious or repeated offenses, PerpVia will permanently ban the account and reserves the right to confiscate profits or other benefits gained through rule violations based on severity.

IV. User Complaints and Feedback

  1. Users may file complaints about signal providers’ violations through PerpVia’s official channels.
  2. PerpVia will promptly investigate upon receiving complaints and take appropriate actions based on the investigation results.
  3. Signal providers have the right to appeal complaints, and PerpVia will handle cases fairly based on facts.

V. Supplementary Provisions

  1. This Code of Conduct takes effect from the date of release. PerpVia reserves the final interpretation rights of this code.
  2. PerpVia reserves the right to modify or supplement this Code of Conduct according to market changes or legal and regulatory requirements.
